General Terms and Scope of Agreement

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the hgzy platform and all its services. By accessing the hgzy website or mobile application, or by registering an account, you are considered to have automatically agreed to these Terms.

In addition to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines apply equally. If anything is unclear, please read all three documents together.

1.1 Definitions

• "Platform" refers to the hgzy website, mobile app and all services connected to them.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any person registered on hgzy.
• "Account" refers to the single registration created in a user's name.
• "Balance" refers to real money and bonus funds held in an account.

1.2 Nature of Service

hgzy is an online gaming and sports betting platform. It offers casino games, slots, live casino, and betting on cricket and other sports. Participation on the platform is entirely voluntary and at the individual's own responsibility.

Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and use any service on hgzy, you must be at least 21+ years old. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. hgzy may request official documents to verify your age at any time.

2.2 Single Account Rule

Each user may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same name, from the same device, or from the same IP address is strictly prohibited. If such a case is detected, all related accounts will be closed and the balance may be forfeited.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

It is each user's responsibility to keep the name, mobile number, email and other information provided at registration accurate and up to date. Providing false or misleading information may result in the account being suspended or cancelled. Contact the support team if you need to update your information.

2.4 Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your password and login details confidential. Giving third parties access to your account is not permitted. If you notice any unauthorised activity on your account, inform our support team immediately.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Deposits on hgzy can currently be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. For bank transfers, major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank and Sonali Bank are supported. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.

3.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

Withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal processing typically takes 5–30 minutes.

3.3 Fraudulent or Illegal Transactions

If any transaction is found to have been conducted through fraudulent or illegal means, hgzy reserves the right to cancel that transaction and close the related account immediately. In such cases, the balance will not be refunded.

3.4 Currency

All transactions on the hgzy platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Transactions in cryptocurrency or foreign currency are not accepted.

Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 adds ৳1,000 in bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000, and a wagering requirement of ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 must be met before withdrawal.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Before any bonus can be withdrawn, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times. Winnings from the bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before wagering is complete.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

If bonus terms are violated or an attempt is made to collect bonuses through fraudulent means, the relevant bonus and any winnings derived from it will be cancelled. Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

4.4 Other Promotions

Betting Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance

Every bet placed on hgzy must be confirmed by the system before it is finalised. If no confirmation message is received, the bet is considered not successfully placed. If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error, hgzy reserves the right to cancel that bet.

5.2 Event Cancellation and Postponement

If a match or event is cancelled or postponed due to uncertain reasons, the stake for the related bet will be returned to the user's account. For multi-bets, the odds for the cancelled event will be calculated as 1.00.

5.3 Match Fixing and Corruption

Any bet identified as connected to match fixing or any form of sports corruption will be cancelled. Involvement in such activity may result in permanent closure of the related account.

5.4 Maximum Payout

The maximum payout limit from a single bet or combination bet is set by hgzy. This limit may differ for special events or major tournaments and will be stated on the event page.

VIP Program

hgzy's VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier — up to 0.3% for Bronze, 0.6% for Silver, 0.9% for Gold and 1.2% for Platinum.

Cashback is calculated based on the net loss for the week (total losses minus total winnings). For example: if a Gold member's net loss in a week is ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 in cashback.

• VIP tier benefits may change depending on the related activity.
• hgzy reserves the right to change VIP tier conditions or benefits at any time.
• VIP benefits cannot be transferred to another account.

Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts or using a third party's account.
• Placing bets through automated software, bots or scripts.
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's systems or software.
• Using hgzy for money laundering purposes.
• Attempting to undermine the platform's security measures.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.

Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 Closure at User's Request

Any user may close their account if they wish. To do so, contact the support team. Please complete any pending withdrawals before closing your account.

8.2 Closure by hgzy

hgzy reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice for breach of these Terms, suspicious activity, or any other reasonable cause.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

An account with no transactions for 12 consecutive months will be considered inactive. In this case, the user will be notified by email.

Responsible Gaming

hgzy believes online gaming should be enjoyable, not a source of financial stress. We therefore place the highest importance on responsible gaming. The platform offers deposit limit settings, self-exclusion and cooling-off period options.

Dispute Resolution and Applicable Law

11.1 Resolution Through Support

Any complaint or dispute regarding hgzy's services must first be addressed by contacting our support team. Our support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in Bengali and English via live chat and email.

11.2 Final Decision

If a matter cannot be resolved through support, the decision of hgzy management will be considered final. These Terms and any matters arising from them will be governed by applicable law.

11.3 Limitation of Liability

hgzy accepts limited liability for any loss caused by technical issues, third-party service disruptions or circumstances beyond its control. hgzy is not responsible for issues arising from a user's own device or internet connection.
